A) The ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ government uses a combination of ancient laws that existed before the European settlers came and adopted the Common law jurisdiction and United Nations Declaration of Rights for Indigenous People (UNDRIP) as its Constitution and legislation in order to define and interpret the Great laws of Peace. UNDRIP was ratified by the Canadian House of Commons on April 8, 2008 and recognized by 144 countries on September 13, 2007.
Q) Is the ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Government a member of the Canadian and British Columbia Government?
A) No!
The ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Government is not an “INDIAN BAND” as defined by the Indian Act. The ©©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™™ Government has no contract or treaty obligations with the corporations of “CANADA,” “BRITISH COLUMBIA,” or any other crown corporation belonging to “HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN IN RIGHT OF CANADA,” “INDIAN AND NORTHERN AFFAIRS CANADA (INAC),” or the “BUREAU OF INDIAN AFFAIRS (BIA, American version)”.

A) Yes, the underwriter, Sovereign ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Court Registry (SSCR) of Kanata, Turtle Island serves several purposes;
1) as an underwriter to protect members and employees with sound assurance policies that are not traded on the stock exchange markets;
2) provide court services that practice true justice with retired, disbarred Judges and lawyers, notaries in an Examination for Discovery arbitration process in a longhouse setting with trial by jury for serious crimes;
3) to transfer Land Deeds and Allodials from Admiralty/Maritime Jurisdiction to Common Law jurisdiction registry;
4) offer a Patent Department that protects inventions on a voluntary basis by the inventor.
