Immigration Departments and Agents for United Nations government members,

Greetings sxwlxwltews Ladies and Gentlemen:

TAKE NOTICE THAT:

A. GOVERNMENT: Siyam Kiapilanoq/CAPILANO™ reminds everyone that the Squamish British Columbia Government is not the Squamish Government that governs this website. The sovereign Squamish Government is an original government that existed way before the Europeans stepped upon these lands.

A.1 The Squamish BC Government is a registered corporate crown governed municipality that collects taxes from Corporations/CAPITALIZED BUSINESS NAMES. The Name BC or BRITISH COLUMBIA differentiates the governments jurisdictions and allegiance to the leaderships. The BC government serves the Queen and the other is lead by Siyam Kiapailnoq/CAPILANO™ who inherited the Squamish Lands through his blood lineage and DNA of his Family Name.

A.2 The Squamish Government does not use a fraudulent voting system to get ‘elected’ leaders. The Squamish Government inherits its leaders by title through the claim of the Family Name. The sovereign Squamish Government has no affiliations, membership, contracts or relationship with the Squamish BC Government. We remind everyone that the British Columbia Government is a de facto Government and that this government has no treaty in place with Siyam Kiapilanoq/CAPILANO™ in any style of cause.

B. JURISDICTION: From the John Bouvier’s Revised Sixth Edition, 1856 A Law Dictionary, “Once jurisdiction is challenged, the court cannot proceed when it clearly appears that the court lacks jurisdiction, the court has no authority to reach merits, but, rather, should dismiss the action”. Melo v. US, 505 F2d 1026. The Squamish Government and its leader, members and agents claim Common law jurisdiction pursuant to Squamish™ Nation longhouse laws as an equitable remedy by estoppel in matters of commerce and our unalienable right to unlimited contracts. The Squamish BC Government is legislated by Admiralty/Maritime jurisdiction which is a limited jurisdiction that has no force or effect on Common law jurisdiction which is governed by the Squamish Government as we live on land and not on the high seas of commercial ships.

C. NAMES: The Names Squamish™ and Kiapilanoq/CAPILANO™ are Copyright Trademark protected by Siyam Kiapilanoq/CAPILANO™ who is the Agent for the Business Names and heir apparent to the Title of the Squamish land as described on the map.

D. THEFT: There are people who have stolen the Capilano™ Name. According to Siyam ©Kiapilanoq/CAPILANO™’s grandfather, the old traditional laws that were in place for the theft of Names were to cut off the heads and toss them on to the beach as food for the beach scavengers. This was a reminder to the community members that Name theft was a great offence. As a result of this law, Name theft in the Squamish community was never a problem.

E. LEGISLATION/LAW - THEFT OF NAME: Remedy for Name Theft legislation by the Squamish™ Government is DECLARED that the perpetrator(s) is/are automatically served with a Permanent Eviction Notice by Trespass to the perpetrator(s) without Notice.

F. IMMIGRATION: That the sovereign Squamish™ Government is placing a temporary ‘lock out’ position on immigration to Squamish land by reporting this to the UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon. No immigration applications are processed and no one is accepted as Newcomers to Squamish. Refugee asylum status does not apply and automatic extradition to their homeland is in effect with a bill of costs to the homeland Nation of the Named refugee. Any one accepting the immigration process administered by the de facto BC Government is entering into a tax contract of fraud and left on their own merit.

G. REASONS FOR ‘LOCK OUT’ ORDER: Siyam Kiapilanoq/CAPILANO™ wants to make sure that the agriculture and waters can sustain the present population of people who live on Squamish Land. That a massive clean up must take place in order to restore the salmon enhancement to the rivers. That present municipalities co-operate fully with the mandate and mission of peace on Squamish land pursuant to adopted legislations issued by Siyam Kiapilanoq/CAPILANO™ as constitution that is understood by all jurisdictions for the Squamish Government.

H. TIME: That this ‘lock out’ has no specific time limitation as Siyam Kiapilanoq/CAPILANO™ does not know how long it will take to clean up the environmental disaster that the BC Government is devastating the Squamish lands for private economic gain by BC Government agents. Reforestation, recycling and social programs for the homeless, hungry and the abused is a priority for the Squamish Government. Restructure the transportation system in cities and building new raw sewage plants in order to clean up the rivers for the sturgeon, salmon, trout and other indigenous fish known to the Squamish area. Taking fluoride out of municipal water systems and replacing it with silver colloidal to help heal people and mother Earth’s nature.

I. IMMIGRATION DEPARTMENT RESUMES: Upon the re-opening of the Immigration department landed membership applicants must comply to strict security background checks for a permanent diplomatic passport status. Newcomers training and/or education will be measured with existing employment positions for immediate job placement programs.

J. FAMILY: Family members of successful applicants can not sponsor other relatives just on the merit of being a member of the Squamish government. Many factors are taken into consideration, such as language ability, education, contribution of volunteering skills to community, etc.

K. LANGUAGE: English is the official spoken language on Squamish and new comers must learn to write, speak and read English. Anyone failing an English test will have to attend an ESL program until the exam is passed with no exceptions.

L. SOCIAL PROGRAMS: Newcomers who take immediate advantage of our tax free system, pass the English exam but do everything to ‘buck’ the system in order to get on to social assistance programs will be asked to return to their homestead after a six month probation.

M. CRIME: Criminal activity of members is kept for the record as this Government does not issue pardons. Anyone who comes with a report of having committed a serious crime like premeditated murder, pedophilia, abusive track record of alcohol, prostitution, gambling, drugs, etc will be extradited without further Notice or must submit to a healing centre until cured of the addiction.

N. MEMBERSHIPS: That the applications for becoming members with the Squamish Government will be posted when the Sovereign Squamish Credit Group is able to issue the debit/credit cards for its existing members. Criminal check process is mandatory as well as the business plans and resumes.

O. EVICTED MEMBERS: The Squamish Government will place Good Faith Public Notices on this site by our Press Release tab to inform the RCMP, INTERPOL, SHERIFFS, CBP, US Federal and State Marshals, State Police and other security forces of people who are permanently Eviction from Squamish Land.

This service will also notify members who have a right to help the security forces ‘police’ people who refuse to leave or hide under a false name and continue to commit dishonor to the Land, people and the Squamish Government.
