Area: About two-thirds of the sovereign ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Lands encompass high metallic mineral content and about a quarter industrial mineral (aggregate and granite, basalt, rhyolite, dimension stone) potential. Large sand and gravel reserves are located between ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ and Whistler as well as granite deposits.

The geology of the region, its proximity to large industrial centers, and existing road, rail, port and power infrastructure has great potential for further industrial mineral resource development. The BC Government has devastated the ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ environment and it is time for change.

TAKE NOTICE THAT:

The CANADIAN NATIONAL ENERGY BOARD, CANADIAN ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT AGENCY AND ENBRIGE NORTHERN GATEWAY its officers and directors are placed on Notice that proposed pipelines through the Alberta oil sands are not permitted on ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Lands under any circumstances. Failure to comply to this warning will deem our right to sue the Company and its named directors for Trespassing and violating environmental laws enforced by ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Government administrators. This will be enforced with an Injunction Notice and a reporting to the Interpol and the RCMP for collection on the liens on not settled claims by the sovereign ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Government.

Procedure: This internet Notice will be forwarded to the attention of the officers and directors with a time limitation to respond within 21 days of receipt of the Notice. Failure to respond will deem a tacit consent of the officers and directors to become the Named Debtors to contract, followed by a lien for collection purposes without further Notice.
