Energy Department

Crown Corporation - BC Hydro: The following example of BC Hydro theft to the natural resources and lands from the sovereign originals is a documented experience by Irene and Kiapilanoq/CAPILANO™ who attended a BC Hydro workshop on August 14th, 2009 for a Toad River Electrification Project Application with three other hereditary leaders. Corporate BC Hydro theft of original land from the true landlords is described as follows.

Procedure: BC Hydro sends civil serf-ants to approach ‘unsuspecting’ community members to a mapped out area after having consulted with the Ministry of Mining, Energy and INAC on Federal and Provincial levels. It is discovered that there is a lot of ‘money’ to be made from mining and using the natural resources. The Forest Department, the Mining Department, the multi national companies who provide a national pipeline through no Treaty Lands the Energy department line the pockets of the few elite while the rest of the people are subjected to pollution and environmental struggles with Earth. The landlords deal out of these type of contracts are permanent evictions off their own lands through taxation.

Sovereign Original Landlords: The Kaska people live with the caribou in the north eastern part of BC and rely on caribou hunting for food. Caribou migration in that area is well documented by biologists and environmentalists. Sovereign individuals are offered ‘electric’ services through diesel power due to the fact that the project is considered too small to provide dam power. Diesel is used for its longevity and lower operating costs.

Services: In order to provide electricity, applicants must ‘register’ in order to qualify for the service. At the meeting, someone said that the 27 customers would have to pay approximately $900 a month for this ‘electric’ service. Irene asked if the originals were paid rent for providing the land and the BC Hydro spokeman replied, “No”, then Irene said, “Why not?” and there was no response. A lawyer spoke up and said that they bought the land, so if that is the case, we want BC Hydro and INAC to produce a Bill of Sale for that area. Our question to provide evidence of the purchase of the lands remain unanswered.

Municipal taxes: Once the electric service is installed to the homes, then the BC Government recommends further services like; raw sewage and clean water pipes directed from your house to the road along with telephone and cable lines for TV. In order to manage these services, the government would elect a municipal board of directors which is headed by a Mayor and council members who are sworn in to give an oath to the Crown. The municipality gets busy and to build the building. At an appointing ceremony, an RCMP commissioner is sworn in to control the new ‘tax slaves’, sovereign original red race landlords. Heavy property tax assessments are levied upon the original sovereigns who rely on government assistance and can not pay the property taxes. To add insult to injury, the sovereign original landlords are served with an eviction notice, foreclosed on in the guise of the ‘laws’ and tossed out of their homes to become homeless people on the streets wondering what happened to their sovereignty and right to hunt, practice traditional lifestyles and language and freedom from oppression.

Corporate Agenda of the Global Elite (New World Order): Theft of the ‘use of lands for private gain with mens rea’ is exercised for decades but the plan is far more devious than tossing traditional people off their own lands. We believe that the BC government corporate greed and intention is to put the Alaska pipeline through the lands or to extract uranium which is what the government requires in order to assist the few elite in producing weapons of mass destruction to depopulate the human race to create the perfect Master and Slave society of 1.5 billion people.

Secrecy: The meeting was held in Vancouver and not one individual who lives in that area was present to attend the meeting and voice their concerns. Our friend, Ron voiced this issue and was informed that the Kaska people were invited. Due to the distance, we all knew that no one could afford to fly to Vancouver on INAC’s social assistance and that INAC’s subsidized $70M funding for this project is to deliberately destroy the lands owned by the Kaska people based on the Vatican’s agenda to claim the lands for or with the Rothschilds. Most meetings now are held behind closed doors in secrecy so that no one knows what the government is planning to do or has in store for the sovereign red race originals.

Water is our liquid gold: There is great potential for additional hydroelectricity systems; however, the crippled marine habitat is having a serious effect on the fishing industry and the wildlife that depends upon it. The orca whale population has decreased by 54% and the bears are eating grass because there is no more salmon. Diverted streams, rivers, creeks and tributaries on Squamish lands are sold in secret hand shake agreements through fraudulent sales to corporate nationalists by the BC government. Corporate greed is a standard process used by pen to paper in contracts created by law firms who create fraudulent contracts for illusionary fiat debt notes produced by the Federal Reserve. Haven’t we learned anything from Argentina’s water experience?

NOTICE TO INAC AND BC HYDRO: There is 21 day time limitation to respond in writing to our Good Faith Public Noticed assumptions and presumptions. Please counterclaim our statement of facts in a Statement of Defense by Notice. BC Hydro and INAC Ministers silence is deemed as a tacit consent to agree to the theft of lands and natural resources from the Squamish people.

Statistics: BC Hydro operates 30 hydro-electric facilities and three natural gas-fueled thermal power plants. About 80% of British Columbia electricity is produced by major hydroelectric generating stations on the Columbia and Peace rivers. BC Hydro sold $4.192 billion in 2007 to 1.7 million customers and generates between 43,000 and 54,000 gigawatt hours (GWh) of electricity annually, depending on prevailing water levels. All the Hydro electricity profits are kept by the BC government and revenue sharing is not extended to true hereditary landlords.

Geothermal: The Garibaldi Volcanic Belt trends North-Northwest and consists of six volcanic fields: Watts Point, Mount Garibaldi, Garibaldi Lake, Mount Cayley, Elaho Valley and Mount Meager. These fields yield ages from 2.5 Ma to present with the earliest volcanism occurring in the North. Intermediate and felsic rocks dominate the fields. Recent alkalic extrusions were restricted to the western margin of the belt.

The Mount Cayley Complex consists of three eruptive episodes between 2.5 and .31 Ma. Rocks of the complex are dacitic flows, tuffs and breccias. The Meager Creek volcanic field was active between 2.2 Ma and 2,500 years ago. It includes rhyadacite flows, breccias and pyroclastic rocks as well as some basaltic flows.

The most recent Plinian eruption produced the Bridge River Tephra deposits across south central British Columbia. The Garibaldi Belt is related to the subduction of the Juan de Fuca Plate. The Meager Creek and Mt. Cayley areas have been extensively evaluated by power corporations.

Many spots within the Garibaldi Volcanic Belt supply hot water or steam in excess of 200°C which is directly convertible to electricity. Additional gradient heat is found in other areas with temperatures increasing to about 25-30°C for each 1000m of depth; up to 100°C suitable for direct heating, 100°C to 200°C suitable for indirect conversion to electricity.

Forestry: Approximately 36% of the total sovereign Squamish Lands are forested, consisting of conifer-dominated temperate rain forests and transitional interior forest. Species include Douglas fir, red cedar, hemlock, balsam, yellow cedar, pine, spruce, alder and cottonwood. In 2007, a total of 750,000 m³ of allowable annual cut (AAC) was taken from the Sovereign Squamish Nation Lands. Not one penny was distributed fairly to the original Squamish people as INAC makes sure revenue sharing is not in the contract.

Mining: About two-thirds of the sovereign ©Squamish™ Lands has high metallic mineral potential and about a quarter has high industrial mineral (aggregate and granite, basalt, rhyolite, dimension stone) potential. Large sand and gravel reserves are found between Squamish and Whistler, and there are known granite deposits near Squamish.

The geology of the region, its proximity to large industrial centers, and existing road, rail, port and power infrastructure has great potential for further industrial mineral resource development. The Brandywine Mine near Whistler produced gold, silver, copper, lead and zinc in the past, and has the potential for future production.

Gold: A wide section of the Lillooet River Valley, an area that covers approximately 312 hectares, has an estimated 25 million tons of alluvial sand underlying the river valley to a depth of 30 meters from the surface. The depth of the sands is unknown at this point and indications are that this figure can be substantially increased. Precious metal values persist to a depth of 30 meters and the value increases with increasing depth. Some reserves may be up to 50 million tons. Other precious metal-bearing sands cover a 400- to 800-meter wide section of the Lillooet River valley. These post-Pleistocene sands contain gold and platinum in submicron sized particles. The sands are estimated to contain inferred reserves of 22.7 million tons down to a depth of 30 meters. 1.4 kilogram sample of sand, taken at least a meter below surface, assayed 2.47 grams per ton gold, 4.80 grams per ton silver, 2.77 grams per ton platinum and 2.71 grams per ton palladium.

The following are among the formal conclusions stated by G.L. Kirwan, a geologist who authored and certified the Assessment Report. Silver, gold, platinum, and allied metals exist in submicron size particles along with the possibility of sponge iron in economic proportion and values in the raw sand of the Lillooet River area. Many current producing mines in the world derive from submicron size metals in sand material. Metal values are reasonably consistent throughout the sand obtained from a common source and deposited under similar conditions, and thus it is highly probable the subject property contains vast quantities of precious metals. Original samples show very low grade gold values, while more recent findings show an ounce of gold per ton from many assays. Metal values increase substantially with increase in depth. Sand is alluvial, not glacial, indicating full contributions of metals throughout. Sands are amenable to open cut operations in an area of easy access with abundant water supply and source of electric power with direct access to Pacific Ocean ports. A probable 50 million tons of sand to a depth of 30 meters from the surface underlie the area. Inferred faulting adds further depth potential.

The G.L. Kirwan Assessment Report confirms that, The depth of alluvium is unknown at this time. However, as the Lillooet River occupies a probable fault zone, potential for a deep alluvium deposit exists. Samples have been taken as deep as 130 feet (40m) elsewhere along the River without encountering bedrock. As concentrations of metals in alluvial deposits normally increase with depth reaching a maximum on or close to underlying bedrock, it becomes significant that values were obtained near surface. Deeper sampling would probably yield higher metal value.

Carbonate: A large carbonate rock resource exists which can be used to produce high quality chemical (calcium and magnesium) rock for export to coastal city markets. This is located on 215 hectares near Sechelt and has the capacity to produce 4 - 6,000,000 tons per annum with a minimum operational life of 25 years. This is an estimated total of 150,000,000 tons of carbonate rock.
