The Two Row Wampum Belt 1613 Treaty from the Haudenosaunee people for the law of Travel on Waters:

The 1613 treaty was recorded by the Haudenosaunee in a wampum belt known as the Two Row Wampum. The pattern of the belt consists of two rows of purple wampum beads against a background of white beads. The purple beads signify the courses of two vessels -- a Haudenosaunee canoe and a European ship -- traveling down the river of life together, parallel but never touching. The three white stripes denote peace and friendship. This wampum records the meaning of the agreement, which declared peaceful coexistence between the Haudenosaunee and Dutch settlers in the area.

Haudenosaunee tradition also records the specific meaning of the belt as follows, in the form of a Haudenosaunee reply to the initial Dutch treaty proposal:

You say that you are our Father and I am your son. We say, We will not be like Father and Son, but like Brothers. This wampum belt confirms our words. These two rows will symbolize two paths or two vessels, traveling down the same river together. One, a birch bark canoe, will be for the Indian People, their laws, their customs and their ways. The other, a ship, will be for the white people and their laws, their customs and their ways. We shall each travel the river together, side by side, but in our boat. Neither of us will make compulsory laws or interfere in the internal affairs of the other. Neither of us will try to steer the other's vessel. The agreement has been kept by the Iroquois to this date.

The treaty is considered by Haudenosaunee people to still be in effect. Further Haudenosaunee tradition states the duration of the Two Row Wampum agreement:

As long as the Sun shines upon this Earth, that is how long OUR Agreement will stand; Second, as long as the Water still flows; and Third, as long as the Grass Grows Green at a certain time of the year. Now we have Symbolized this Agreement and it shall be binding forever as long as Mother Earth is still in motion.

©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Government members have declared their sovereignty who are within their full conscious right to engage in travel as defined in UNDRIP Article 44 - Any one or any thing obstructing or preventing or endeavouring to obstruct or prevent a ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Government member who is traveling in a divine service or performing any other function in connection with his / her calling to the Creator may be called into a liability contract and named as a debtor to contract pursuant to our unalienable right to free travel with no taxation attached to the Name identified to the document of the bearer.

UN Government transport authorities must provide our sovereign members with safe passage from point A to point B with no hindrance so that our members may continue with their work to serve a divine plan of Peace on Earth.

GOVERNMENT LICENSE PLATES: This license plate is issued to government diplomats, ambassadors and representatives. The difference is not only in the color but in the CD initials that mean; diplomacy, chargé d’affaires (French for “charged with (in charge of) matters”), often shortened to simply chargé, is the title of two classes of diplomatic agents who head a diplomatic mission on a temporary basis, chargés d’affaires do not essentially differ from ambassadors, envoys or ministers resident. They represent their nation, and enjoy the same privileges and immunities as other diplomatic agents. Ref: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charg%C3%A9_d%27affaires

MOTOR BIKES, BOATS AND COMMERCIAL VEHICLES: These license plates will bear a symbol belonging to that category of travel and have the same validation sticker that must be renewed every 5 years. Applicable assurance policies are required and stated on the black, ‘no chip’ debit / credit card.

ACCIDENT: Should our travel member be involved in an accident or caused an accident please contact us at info@sovsquamishgov.org and ask for an attendant to obtain details of the accident report for litigation purposes.

NOTICE TO TRAVELERS: You must obey existing traffic laws, with no exceptions. Break the law and pay the price with impaired driving or traveling while under the influence of drug / substance abuse. There is no tolerance for reckless driving or speeding and existing jurisdiction traffic laws apply with common sense pursuant to Common law jurisdiction interpretation and definitions.

TRAVELING IN OTHER COUNTRIES: When driving and visiting another country, you are under a lawful obligation to abide to existing traffic laws of that Nation. Failure to do so will mean that you are held accountable for the consequences when involved in an accident. As a temporary visitor or tourist everyone is accountable and responsible for complying to applicable insurance coverage and travel laws.

Cycling: For your safety please wear a helmet and if cycling at night wear bright reflectors on your clothing and equip the bike with the same protection. Cycle where paths are provided and against the traffic flow so that you can see the oncoming traffic.

Road Safety: drive safely and respect every one who must share the road with you. Not understanding road or safety signs on the highways or at highway constructions areas due to a language issue is not an excusable reason to get out of traffic violation contracts.

  • Farm Vehicles and Equipment and Recreational Vehicles; if and when possible, please drive your vehicle and equipment to the right side of the road so that faster traffic may pass by safely.
  • Watch for wildlife, we must share the road so drive carefully
  • Safe & Secure: Choosing the right car seat for your child
  • School Bus Safety Resource Guide
  • School Bus Safety: Information for riders, parents and motorists
  • Winter driving safety tips – drive with caution
  • Helping the Environment – please do not litter, help us keep Earth clean from garbage. This will encourage tourism and help us make this a better place to live in for every one.
parking

Proposed Solution for parking: There is a serious parking problem in the GVD area and Siyam Kiapilanoq/CAPILANO wants to remove all the parking meters and old parking buildings. He would like to replace it with the following proposed solution:

Traffic and public transport: Municipal agents will co-operate with neighboring municipalities on public and private transit systems that turn existing streets into one way traffic flows to produce a more efficient traffic movement through densely populated cities. There will be no parking meters but designated parking stalls like Munich, Germany where the cars are parked in one building for a small parking fee to maintain the operations and service fees of the company that builds this for us.

Parking solution: Car theft is reduced but people are asked to lock their cars for safety and security reasons anyway. No more parking meters but a one time annual, monthly or hour fee, pending on the client’s requirement.

The actual space that the facility occupies is approximately only 20% of a comparable facility with the traditional design that is used primarily in the United States.

Not only is the German structure less expensive to build, but vehicles are also "retrieved" in less time and without the potential of being damaged by an attendant. Municipalities will plant more trees on side walks to separate bicycle paths from pedestrians and cars.

We extend a friendly business invitation to this company to contract with the ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Government.
