INTRODUCTION: The sovereign ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Government is solution oriented. Instead of turning our attention to existing problems, we use the laws of attraction to focus on our mission of freedom and peace. The sovereign ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Government believes that together as a united group of people we can offer solutions to existing communities with education.

1.0 Laws: Elected municipal officials have a duty to uphold the Great Laws of Peace which is a part of the ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™™ Constitution wherein; Peace: meaning peace must be kept at all costs. Righteousness: meaning decisions must be morally right, taking into consideration the needs of seven generations to come. Power: meaning the power of the people must be maintained including the equal sovereignty of all men and all women. Conflicts between nations were also resolved through diplomacy and consensus. War is against the law and the use of violence through tax foreclosures on homes is strictly prohibited;

2.0 Community Maintenance: In order to foster and promote the tourist industry, municipalities are responsible for maintaining the appearance of each village, city or town. This can be accomplished by hiring gardeners to plant fruit trees or indigenous trees, shrubs and flower beds where ever there is a patch of Earth. Siyam Kiapilanoq/CAPILANO does not want anyone to be hungry and in his grandfather’s days, there were fruit trees everywhere. No one was hungry, the apples and pears were plucked from the trees and eaten. ‘Kap’ wants to carry on this tradition of sharing the wealth for the health of the people living on ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Land.

3.0 Parks and Public Recreation: The SG wants soccer, baseball and track fields to be surrounded by big trees indigenous to this area. Artificial sprayed chemical green fields will be replaced by natural grass for sport activities. Dog and animal parks are clearly designated in highly populated areas and must be maintained with the co-operation of the pet owners. Heavy fines will be enforced for people who expect ‘others’ to clean up after the pet has done its business. It will be a municipal task to pick up and clean the containers where the owners place their pet dirt and garbage.

4.0 Municipal ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ court registries: Local municipalities will also be involved in the administration of a fair court system that offers boardroom settings as places for Examination for Discovery with trail by jury, comprised of all race creed and colour, for serious crimes administered by retired judges and notaries. 5.0 Municipal Agents: Government officials serve a three year term and their salaries are checked on a bi-annual basis by community members. Should municipal agents be caught with theft, fraud or embezzlement or other crimes that the investigation about this agent’s activity immediately evokes an automatic dismissal until a trial is heard persuant to longhouse laws and other adopted common law jurisdiction case law. In other words, elected municipal members are held accountable and responsible for what is said and done to the community and its members. That municipal agents prime directive is to be kind and friendly towards its constituency and not hold secret meetings or give themselves increased salaries without consulting the people of the community;

6.0 Annual Land Service Fees: That the service contracts for the community are proposed and shared with the community and that house foreclosures with tax sales are a thing of the past. There is only one set of accounting books that discloses accurate revenues and expenses to the people at all times. There is only one set of accounting books that holds the administration of Municipal agents responsible for revenues and expenditures to the community. In fact it is against the law to have a secret set of second books to tabulate the accounting for community expenditures;

7.0 Vancouver and the North Shore: These highly densely populated areas must comply with strict environmental legislation. Communities that are exposed to regular bear visits must learn how to respect Earth’s nature and learn to put the garbage on the curb in the morning before 9am on the garbage day collection in a bear proof garbage bin. This means that home owners in that area must be educated to become "bear friendly". Four annual education forums will be offered to those neighborhoods to teach people how to live with bears in harmony.

8.0 Water services: The BC Government contract with BC citizens for drinking water is to tax everyone on two levels; through the sale of bottled water and annual property taxes through the PUD (Provider of Utilities District). The ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Government will permanently eliminate this tax forever as well as the air / carbon tax. In fact, all taxes are eliminated, there are no taxes on ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™. Instead what is proposed is a service fee for providing free, pristine water from fluoride and chlorinated drinking and bathing water to residential and commercial communities.

9.0 Air: Any type of tax is against the law on ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Land. The ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Government understands that both air and water are gifts from the Creator to sustain our essential life force energy. Water and air are necessary and to tax these elements is an insult to human intelligence. The fact that people cashed BC Minister’s Finance checks for the carbon tax, was a consideration to contract for the very air that people exhale on the pretext of ‘air pollution and a green plan’ created by the government and their legal teams. In other words, its just another tax grab at your expense.

10.0 Earth: Siyam Kiapilanoq/CAPILANO™’S business partner, consulting Elder, friend and appointed Ambassador, Dhelo Quete/RED JACKET is also a teacher for people to respect Gaia’s spirit of Earth. Earth is our home and we must learn how to respect her abundance. People must understand how to take care of Earth.

The BC Government is on a path of inevitable destruction through corporate greed and profits with no regard for Earth’s future. By merging new and ancient technologies, we can return Earth’s diverse nature to abundance without sacrificing the natural balance of the Creator’s plan for peace to this Universe. The proposed “say NO to property taxes!” are first on the ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Government’s agenda. Yes, municipal service charges are issued each year to home owners but not taxes! To tax and lien homes on Earth is a crime on ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Land.

11.0 Children: All voices of humanity will be heard, no matter what race, creed or color. Special consideration is provided to the needs of Gifted, Indigo and crystal children. Any type of abuse and sex slavery towards all children of Earth is not tolerated and the predator will be subjected to the highest level of a trial by jury in order to evict the accused from Squamish lands after treatment without further Notice.

Sovereign ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Government has a vision of clean communities through solid solutions that work in concert with new technologies, grass roots programs, education for constant evolving environmental solutions and creating harmony.

Together we can make a difference to effect positive change for all life on Earth. We believe that each individual is responsible for their own actions and that everyone has the free-will to make conscious decisions that come from the heart with a determination to protect the future of Earth and our children.
