December, 2007 - Good Faith Public Notice Statement of Facts: All elected Band Council members for ‘First Nations’ are hand-picked elected members by INAC administration to comply with an agenda that divides to conquer to steal the lands from the true original sovereign hereditary red race individuals. INAC et al is charged with genocide to the human race and this was reported by service of Affidavit #2 to the United Nations Human Rights Commissioner, Louise Arbor and UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon in 2008. Why do we make these statements and claims? Because the truth needs to be read and understood. Just compare the homes and vehicles of the elected band council members to the true sovereign originals living on reservations and start asking a lot of questions with many witnesses at the elected Band Council meetings. Q. Who controls INAC? The first party, the Roman Catholic Church aka Vatican arrived with European settlers. Both parties came to ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ with mens rea (a guilty mind with a conspiracy to steal) by ‘offering’ poisoned blankets that killed millions of sovereign red race originals. These true owners of the lands defended their people but had no weapons to counter the man made virus infected diseases of bioterrorism of smallpox or tuberculosis. History books tell another story, that the ‘red people’ were the savages, when in fact the opposite is true. The church claimed its right to title of the land and its natural resources by placing a white cross on ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Land. The church worked with the Rothschilds / Illuminati who ‘staked’ the ‘British’ flag on ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Land. The third active party to the theft of the ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ natural resources are the BC and CANADIAN Governments. We have been and continue to ask both the Vatican, House of the Rothschild and BC and CANADIAN governments for a copy of the Bill of Sale that sold the ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ lands through treaties. There is no Treaty between the CAPILANO Family and these three parties. We have yet to receive a response. Q. How can a government/corporation steal natural resources? Hereditary Consultation and Jurisdiction: INAC has never consulted true hereditary leaders, in fact INAC goes out of its way to avoid the hereditary leaders. Michael de Jong in a private conversation with Irene said, “I will never meet with Capilano, I only meet with the elected Band Council members”. We understand that should INAC ever decide to meet with true hereditary leaders, the crown civil serf-ants and their lawyers would have to go into a revenue sharing for the lands resources and they would also have to consent to Siyam Kiapilanoq/CAPILANO’s Common law jurisdiction and ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ longhouse tradition and ancient laws. This jurisdiction issue is a problem for the de facto BC Government members. We do not live on a ship of commerce on the high seas, we live on Land. Common law jurisdiction has general jurisdiction, whereas Admiralty/Maritime jurisdiction has limited jurisdiction. Siyam Kiapilanoq/CAPILANO will never consent to Admiralty/Maritime jurisdiction due to the fact that there is no integrity in living a ‘lie’. There is no valid treaty in place between the ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Government and the CAPILANO family, this reason alone shows how the BC Government has stolen natural resources without consent from the true landlords. The reason for INAC’s failure to perform a revenue sharing with the hereditary leaders is to control the corporate greed with fear and taxes. Elected Band Council is an extended arm of the federal government with limited authority to reserve lands. Many elected councillors and elected chiefs are well known to local five star restaurants on a first name basis. INAC subsidizes BC Hydro with fraudulent contracts to set ‘electric’ footprints on the lands in order to evict the originals from their lands. The Premier of the BC Government tells the world and Arnold Schwarzenegger that he consulted with First Nation and received consent to sell the liquid gold/water from BC Rivers. Elected Band Council members on BC Government payroll are ordered to consent to ‘sell the waters and lands’. BC Government pays the INAC’s Band Council members to say ‘yes’ and this is a conflict of interest. The Premier of BC Government ‘appears’ to follow the protocol of integrity and that he is not ‘stealing’ the natural resources from the true sovereign originals. The ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Government has a three inch filed Affidavit from the Supreme Court of BC that confirms how the BC Government is lying to the world. That the natural minerals are shipped to the American government in train loads of gravel that once shifted contains profitable amounts of gold. Trains transport this valuable resource with no detection to the naked eye of its true value except that it looks like gravel but once sifted this gravel extracts gold. By silencing the voices of the true landlords, INAC and de facto BC and Canada government agents, eliminate their position to answers to questions that may catch them in fraud and because hereditary leaders have no financial support to investigate these issues privately. The theft of natural resources continues while the true people starve and are evicted out of homes and their lands. The DIA (Department of Indian Affairs sister of the BIA, its American counterpart for the Bureau of Indian Affairs) elect traitors and have stolen “CAPILANO’s” LAND. Siyam Kiapilanoq/CAPILANO has no home and the BC and CANADIAN Government made sure that when he claimed his sovereignty, he would not ever receive a pension unless he agreed to obtain a tax number in order to receive the benefit. This devious method is to ‘starve’ out hereditary leaders who know the game but refuse to play. Elected ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Band Council (SBC): There is no membership affiliation or contract between the sovereign ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Government and the ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ elected Band Council members. There is an important reason for this separate position. INAC produces a fraudulent election system to elect the ‘band council members’ who are slaves to masters’ for annual salaries ranging from $60K to $250K plus perks and bonuses. INAC hires law firms that support their agenda to steal the natural resources from the ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ land through fraudulent unilateral contracts. Who are the SBC members? A majority of the elected ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Band Council members migrated from other Nations. Some were evicted by their elders for committing serious crimes against their own people. INAC knows this and hires these ‘criminals’ because they have no conscious ‘love’ for their own ‘color’. ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ people have come to Siyam Kiapilanoq/CAPILANO to inform him that SBC members have raped and abused women, have tormented and intimidated and threatened the men. Many of the elected band council ‘apples’, in Hawaii the term for these people are ‘coconuts’ do not belong to ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ but are given Status cards to pretend that they are ‘real’ members of the ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Nation. We have asked the Receiver General of Canada to perform an independent audit on the contracts and financial activities of the SBC members but we were informed that this mandate is not in their jurisdiction. RCMP, Chris Kennedy was made aware of the fraud and todate we have not received a progress report on an investigation against the SBC members. Why? For many reasons, but partially due to the fact that the government can not go against itself for unveiling the fraud and corruption of INAC and its members. Hereditary Status: INAC does not want sovereign original leaders to come forward to claim their right to the title of the Lands. So, in order to silence the true leaders, they issue new titles to the SBC members as “hereditary” CHIEFS for the ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ people. These proclaimed hereditary CHIEFS can not prove a genetic hereditary DNA bloodline nor do they have a Last Will and Testament to show who they are. Another important factor that sets them apart from the Elders, Hereditary leaders and clan mothers is that no true red race leader would ever treat people on reservations with so much disrespect by eviction notices, tax collections, shutting off power and cutting off financial assistance when the true people speak the truth about the injustice done by the SBC members. INAC orders elected Band Council members to destroy original sovereign landlords who live on reservations and this is accomplished by producing deliberate house fires, planting drug dealers or encouraging young children to become prostitutes or alcoholics, or become gambling addicts on reservations. Reservations are plagued with disease, contaminated water supplies, irregular power, mold home structures, etc. Please read more of this in INAC parades elected Band Council members to the press to make the public believe that they are ‘real’ while they wine and dine with BC and Canada government politicians. INAC authenticates this by making sure that the Band Council members speak the ‘right’ Native language in order to make it look like they are ‘real’. Siyam Kiapilanoq/CAPILANO™ has served a Permanent Eviction Notice to the ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Band Council members in front of RCMP, Chris Kennedy in 2008. The Band Council office is located on his grandfather’s land. The RCMP turned around and marched Siyam Kiapilanoq/CAPILANO and his supporters off the land with loaded guns and tasers. We have evidence that RCMP, Chris Kennedy and his supporters committed high treason against the Queen by refusing to admit that the seal of the Supreme Court of BC Affidavit has legal standing. Proposed Equitable Remedy by Estoppel: Siyam Kiapilanoq/CAPILANO™ is looking for his people, the true ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ people who own the ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ land and still understand the power of their hereditary rights and are not afraid to lay the claim to the title of the lands with him. It is the responsibility of hereditary leaders to come forward and Siyam ©Kiapilanoq/CAPILANO™ invites them to meet with him so that he can show you how to claim independence without the de facto BC or Canadian government interference. INAC separated the true ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ people from Siyam Kiapilanoq/CAPILANO™ because INAC administrators would feel uncomfortable in explaining to the ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ people why the genocide of the red race sovereigns went on since 1800's. Treaties and Contracts with SBC members are Fraud: INAC's law firms are appointed legal members who are instructed to work for the BC Government’s best interest in creating Treaties and Land Claims through a de facto illusionary jurisdiction. Some Band Council members attend university to study specific disciplines while others do not have the educational background to understand what they are doing except for the fact that “I am just doing my job and if lying is a part of it, I don’t care, I get paid for it.” This is why INAC’s appointed lawyers do all the talking at the boardroom meetings when the elected SBC members have to attend. The evidence is obvious and can be seen on reservations, elected Band Council members have nice homes and cars. Some people who live and struggle in poverty on the reservation true landlords. Some ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ people have informed us that not all ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ hereditary people are destitute to live on reservations or on the streets of East Vancouver. They integrated in middle class communities; went to college or university, got a degree and live comfortable lifestyles and still carry on hereditary knowledge of traditional and cultural medicines and cooking or carving of totem poles and other arts. True ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ people know that other brothers and sisters experience the same injustices in Africa, New Zealand, Australia, South America, Hawaii, America, Central America and the rest of the world. Conclusion and Invitation: Siyam Kiapilanoq/CAPILANO™ extends a warm invitation to Sovereign Governments leaders who require tax free financing and are prepared to barter with Private Bi-lateral Tax Free contracts to create freedom for their people and peace for their lands.
