GOOD FAITH PUBLIC NOTICE – NOVEMBER 11, 2009

According to the Province on Tuesday November 10, 2009, the BC Government is inviting 50 firms to do business on ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Lands. This article explains that these businesses execs will have their hotel and meals paid by taxpayers who will also pick up the wine and dine and transportation of 50 representatives to look at 15 businesses. What business? Where and When? With Whom? And most importantly, for how much?

This new BC Business incentive is spearheaded by Gordon Campbell and the municipal mayors and council members who feel that they have a right and claim over the natural resources through a fraudulent voting system that is rigged by the few elite to have their puppets dance in a bleak economic recession in order to drum up more business of theft on stolen land. This blatant continued theft of natural resources for the ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ original sovereigns and their leader, Siyam Kiapilanoq/CAPILANO is reported to Interpol and at the headquarters of the RCMP for fraud.

TAKE NOTICE THAT: Western Economic Diversification Canada board of governance and Municipal mayors of the GVRD et al entering into a contract with INAC ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Band Council members is entering into a contract of fraud as these named individuals do not have a right of claim to the Title of the ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Land and natural resources.

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT: The Sovereign ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Government reserves the right to sue the Vancouver, Surrey, Richmond, North Vancouver, District, North Vancouver City, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Moody and Maple Ridge mayors for Trespass upon Sovereign ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ land, as no one has a right of claim to conduct business without Siyam Kiapilanoq/CAPILANO’s consent. The Trespass and fraud violations are set at $9T (Trillion of debt) per violation. You are asked to Cease and Desist before the debt is issued by this Notice.

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT: The North Vancouver District is in breach of contract with one of the principals of the Sovereign ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Government and there is a lien against the corporation of that Municipality and its council members, foreclosing procedures will ensue with people who are tired of this corrupt system.

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT: The Sovereign ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Government principals require a full audit investigation from the Office of the Auditor General of Canada about Proactive Disclosure Requirements over this new BC Business incentive. We understand that the Auditor General of Canada is committed to economy, transparency, and the highest ethical standards in financial administration. The Office discloses the travel and hospitality expenses of senior officials, contracts entered into for amounts over $10,000 and grants and contributions awards over $25,000. We ask the Auditor General of Canada, Sheila Fraser and Commissioner Scott Vaughan to investigate these BC travel and hospitality expenses and look forward to the report along with an account for services rendered.

DISTRIBUTION: This Notice is served to pending named Debtors by email and a hard copy by regular Canada Post pursuant to UPU international treaty laws. Time is of the essence clause for a 21 day time limitation to respond to the question of; Where is the revenue sharing of the natural resources on ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Land to the original leader, Siyam Kiapilanoq/CAPILANO™? Failure to respond will deem as a tacit consent to contract for $9T debt of hard lawful currency without further Notice.
