The purpose of this Business Executive Summary Notice is to introduce the ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Government (SGSN™) led by Siyam KiapilanoqSN™/CAPILANOSN™, legislator for the Sovereign ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Court Registry (©SSCR™) and CEO for the Sovereign ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Credit Group (©SSCG™):
1.0 ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Government: We are pleased to introduce freedom from taxes pursuant to legislated Common Law jurisdiction governance. ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Government has adopted a Constitution of United Nations Declaration of Rights for Indigenous People, ratified by the Canadian House of Commons on April 8, 2008 and recognized by 144 countries on September 13, 2007.
The ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Government has no contract with tax agencies that are governed by Admiralty/Maritime jurisdiction administrators. The ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Government is not a registered corporation or member with the United Nations but reports to the UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon on its affairs with an Economic numeric code of 333 and Country Code of SQU/SQ. Siyam ©Kiapilanoq/CAPILANO™ is on a mission of freedom for humanity and peace for Earth pursuant to the Great laws of Peace adopted from the Iroquois Nation. SG consists of real sovereign people who live on land and are not taxed Corporations/Persons.
1.1 Third Party Recognition: ©SG™ is recognized by the Queen’s seal pursuant to her letter of August 19, 2009. This means that Her Majesty also recognizes our Common law jurisdiction position. We have purposely positioned our sovereign International Notices to world governments to confirm that we are not registered corporate members with the IMF, OSFI, FICOMBC, ABA, CPA, BOC. The Sovereign position of the SG is a Notice of our Tax Free jurisdiction, as we consciously choose not to violate the Nuremberg Principles pursuant to the International Law Commission, 1950.
1.2 SSNG™ Constitution: Members of the government are one with the ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ land. Our inherent rights and powers with this nation is governed by our inalienable right to be governed by our adoption of the Iroquois Great Laws of Peace merged with UNDRIP as our constitution for the Sovereign ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Nation Government. “While The United States Senate has acknowledged that this law served as a model for the Constitution of the United States (U.S. S. Con. Res. 76, 2 Dec. 1987). The U.S. Constitution was, in turn, a model for the Charter of the United Nations. Our adoption of this law is the basis of modern international law. The Americans copied our laws and customs, but they did not understand them. Our ancestors recognized the sovereignty of all men and women by solving community conflicts through discussion in a People's Council. In our tradition, three criteria must be kept in mind through all deliberations:
Peace: meaning peace must be kept at all costs.
Righteousness: meaning decisions must be morally right, taking into consideration the needs of seven generations to come.
Power: meaning the power of the people must be maintained including the equal sovereignty of all men and all women. Conflicts between nations were also resolved through diplomacy and consensus. War - or the use of violence - was only a last resort. Even then, the women and children of the opponents were spared.
Throughout, our ancestors always respected the other nation's different customs, laws and ways of life, whether they approved of them or not. They would work out agreements on how to live side by side.”
The right to self governance can not be transferred or taken away from true landlords who are the caretakers for the ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Nation Lands and natural resources.
2.0 Sovereign ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Credit Group: SSCG™ has real ‘money’ that was produced through monetized contracts secured by liens between Kiapilanoq and Gravenhorst, in a switch process normally performed by Ministers of Finance for current world governments. Gravenhorst withdrew her contracts from a public domain, Bank of Canada to Siyam ©Kiapilano/CAPILANO™ who accepted the liens and made a deposit to a private account at the ©SSCG™. Siyam KiapilanoqSN™/©CAPILANO™ in his full capacity to unalienable, unlimited right to contract, agreed Irene’s offer to monetize the liens to share with Earth and humanity. Irene and Kiapilanoq’s stroke of the pen monetized the liens to provide the real ‘cash’ for the bank/credit group. ©SSCG™ ‘cash’ deposit names the directors and officers as the Creditors on the registered liens. Kap and Irene have enough cash on account to credit every individual with pre-approved sovereign Private Member Accounts.
2.1 SSCG™ Charter: The ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Government legislates the adopted Bills of Exchange (1882) UK and Geneva Conventions of 1930 as its Charter for the SSCG with Tax Free and Privacy Laws that are understood in all man known jurisdictions. On March 10, 2009, CCRA was served with a Permanent Eviction Notice in front of witnesses at the Pender, Vancouver location on video to effect tax free business for the ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Government, Sovereign ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Credit Group™ and Underwriter, SSCR on ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Land. ©SSCGSN™ has its own UTPCSN™ (Universal Trading Private Credit™) currency which is tax free, inflation free and interest/usury free and traded at par with other sovereign Nations. UTPCSN™ is backed by gold from the natural resources located on ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Nation land. Attached and marked as Schedule 1 is the ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Allodial land claim, the highlighted area indicates a 250 miles extension beyond the border pursuant to Kiapilanoq/CAPILANO grandfather’s truth.
2.2 ©SSCG™ Security: The Government and SSCG™ communicates to the RCMP, FBI, CIA, CSIS, Provost Marshall, Sheriffs, US Federal and State Marshalls, CBP, Interpol. Our members must obtain criminal checks from these organizations in order to comply with the KYC regulation. Money laundering is strictly prohibited and monitored through checks and balances to maintain high integrity of book keeping applications. It is a crime to lien Earth and the homes built upon her pursuant to the Common law jurisdiction and ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Nation longhouse legislation. Our account members are free from tax auditing processes and are protected by Copyright Trademark and Privacy International laws.
3.0 ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Supreme Court Registry (SSCR) of Kanata, Turtle Island: SSCR is the underwriter for the Government and the SSCG members. The SSCRegistry™ provides home owners with a service to transfer land in conveyances by removing it from a taxed / Admiralty/Maritime jurisdiction to SG Common Law jurisdiction. When the conveyance is in process through a Purchase and Sale Agreement, Offer to Purchase or Sale then the original Title, Deed or Allodial, the land is transferred from the Crown LTSA jurisdiction to the SSCR legislated by the ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Government. When the Purchase is complete or the House Loan is paid in full and the financial charge against the property is discharged then the document; Deed, Title or Allodial is returned to the Owner. For security reasons, the Owner may instruct administrators at the SSCG™ to keep the document for safe keeping in a water safe, fire proof safety deposit box which is accessible at any time by scheduling an appointment at the SSCG™. Another service performed by the SSCRegistry is to provide assurance for the SSCG account members. The value of this assurance protection is presented by the Agent for the SSCG and agreed to by the Member in a contract. Assurance protection covers; life, health, travel, education, house, etc.
3.1 Traditional Longhouse – court proceedings: SCSR offers an arbitration / longhouse court services for crimes committed against the claimants by the accused. Court Administration process is conducted in a long house setting with appointed notaries, retired judges or voluntary dis-barred lawyers to settle claims and injuries through board room arbitration process aka Examinations for Discovery on ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Nation lands.
3.2 Patent Office: The Patent office at the registry is administered with strict Copyright Trademark Privacy legislation. Unlike the Canadian Intellectual Property Office of the Government of Canada, a patent application with the SSCRegistry is voluntary and may be defended internationally. In order for an invention to be protected with exclusive rights, it is not made public but kept private as a trade secret in favor of the inventor.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT: There is a 3 day time limitation in which to respond pursuant to the Common law jurisdiction definition of the Bills of Exchange Act. Silence will deem your consent to have diplomatic account members, attend your Ports to purchase services and products with tax free debit / credit cards.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT: This emailed Notice forms a part of the legal process for the Good Faith Public Notice. A hard copy to the head office containing this information will deem as our second service of this Notice pursuant to Universal Postal Union international treaty laws. The third Notice will be presented by our members at a point of wishing to do business with port authorities. Should our members be turned away at each port outlet, the Sovereign ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Government will be add this information to a list for our members to not do business with that port authority due to the fact that they are collecting ‘taxes’ to fund weapons of mass destruction to depopulate the human race by the New World Order.
