Preamble: Sovereign ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Court Registry (SSCR) is the underwriter for the ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Government and the SSCG members. The SSCRegistry™ administrates laws pursuant to Common law jurisdiction, UNDRIP, Canadian Bill of Rights, 1960, the Bills of Exchange 1882 Charter and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, 1948. SSCR offers several services:

.0 Land Titles: SSCR provides home owners with a service to transfer land in conveyances by removing it from a taxed / Admiralty/Maritime jurisdiction to tax free Common Law jurisdiction. When the properties ‘exchange’ hands through a conveyance process of a Purchase and Sale then the original Title, Deed or Allodial, of the land is transferred from the Crown LTSA jurisdiction to the SSCR legislated by the ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ Government. When the Purchase is completely transferred or the House Loan is paid in full and the financial charge against the property is discharged then the document; Deed, Title or Allodial is returned to the Owner. For security reasons, the Owner may voluntarily instruct an administrator at the SSCG™ to keep the document for safe keeping in a water safe, fire proof safety deposit box which is accessible at any time by scheduling an appointment at the SSCG™. Remember that asking the credit group and underwriter to protect your Allodial is not required but generally suggested in case of theft, a natural disaster or other force that may destroy this very important document. Our Government administrators or surveyors have no right to demand this document from you under any circumstances.

.0 Assurance: Mandatory assurance policy terms are scheduled every 5 year; car, house, death, birth, health, education, travel and liability assurance protection for SSCG account members. The value of this assurance protection is presented by the Agent for the SSCG and agreed to by the Member in a contract and witnessed in front of a Notary.

.0 Court proceedings: SSCR offers an arbitration / longhouse court services for crimes committed against the claimants by the accused. Court Administration process is conducted in a long house setting with appointed notaries, retired judges or voluntary dis-barred lawyers to settle claims and injuries through board room arbitration process aka Examinations for Discovery on ©Squamish / Skwxwú7mesh™ lands.

.0 Patent Office: The Patent office at the registry is administered with strict Copyright Trademark Privacy legislation. Unlike the Canadian Intellectual Property Office of the Government of Canada, a patent application with the SSCRegistry is voluntary and may be defended internationally. In order for an invention to be protected with exclusive rights, it is not made public but kept private as a trade secret in favor of the inventor.
