Education & SovereigntyThey say that knowledge is power and that truth shall set you free. Education and research is the key to become a true sovereign. This can be accomplished by questioning everything and using your intuitive sense/your spirit and guides to feel the difference between truth and falsehood. How do you stop the tax contracts issued to Name your CAPITALIZED BUSINESS NAME as a Debtor instead of a Creditor? Irene claimed a Copyright Trademark over the corporate Name and became sovereign by cutting up all her BC and CANADIAN government identification and returned it to the Issuer. Her driver’s license was returned to ICBC, the SIN card was returned to CCRA/CRA, the Citizenship card returned to the Department of Immigration, the Health Card was returned to BC Health Canada and due to the many moves that she has made she lost her Passport which is expired. Government ID is the consideration to contract, it provides you with benefits like a ‘health’ card for ‘medical’ benefits, a Driver’s license for your right to travel or a ‘passport’ to travel on the plane, boat or train or a ‘citizen’ card to tell ‘government/corporations’ of your ‘residency’. Why does Irene define government identification as ‘tax slave’ cards? Because a social insurance number (SIN) is attached to all government ID. This Social Insurance Number or the American version of the Social Security Number is a slave number that is attached to a Family Name. With no name attached to the Social Insurance Number, the issued ID means nothing but a number on an ‘empty card’ with no value attached to it – remember they need your name! It is the CORPORATE BUSINESS NAME that gives the SIN the value that can be traded as a bond on the stock exchange market as a security to benefit the few elite. The human spirit is what gives ‘life’ to the Bond in the sweat and tears as equity that provides value to the Family Name. The system is not hiding this information from us. When you look at the cards, you will note that the most numbers are marked with red ink on the back of the card. This red ink is a metaphor for color of mankind’s blood. Also, on the back of Driver’s licenses it says that, “This card remains the property of the issuing agency and must be surrendered upon request.” These government ID numbers are bonds are traded on world stock exchange markets to benefit the Bank of Canada, Bank of America, Bank of England and other major world banks that trade their ‘citizens/tax slaves’ on world trade market systems to benefit and credit the few elite. We recommend that you research Jean Keatings bond work in order to fully understand how they trade the bonds by major National Banks; Bank of America, Bank of England, Bank of Canada. Go to google and research the security commissioner’s website by typing in the Name Canada. It is a company that registers its trading on line with their bonded/tax slave citizens numbers in full compliance with an audit / tax system. The Federal and State governments would never tell you this. It’s the best kept secret in the world and because ‘ignorance is my bliss’ concept works for people who do not want to change, or reclaim their right to be free which is why the government continues to lie to us. News flash - The legal system uses silence as a tacit consent to agree that the claims and demands on served papers are made with assumptions and presumptions. For instance, when you receive a Tax Assessment from CCRA or the IRS, it is assumed that when they do not hear from you in response to these notices that you agree to the terms and conditions of the tax contracts/assessments. Rule number 1 - Never ignore tax correspondence or assessments! Always rebut and do this in writing. Communicate with them, phone them, visit the CCRA office and demand a meeting. Resolve the issues about the contract because in order to provide an equitable remedy, one must do something! We can provide you with some ideas but in order to understand this you must be willing to face your fears. In order to effect change – you must do something! It is up to you to understand their legal ease and if you don’t question the terms and conditions, they assume that you understand what you’ve read. When CCRA/CRA or government agents don’t respond to your questions, write a letter to confirm your discussion with them and what your interpretation is about your findings. If they lay regulations, rules and by-laws on you, you must respond and question their terms and conditions until you understand what you are signing. Hint: Give government agents a time frame in which to respond and then inform them in writing that silence or failure to respond pursuant to S. 337 of the CCC will deem your right to proceed with further action. We recommend that you use the power of your unlimited right to unalienable contract and place them into a debt position and secure this debt with a lien. Do not ever use this court system as a remedy to take them into court because then you loose. They hire lawyers to negotiate the contracts with the Judges and you will never get a fair trial. Why? Because the system is rigged, it is not here to serve your best interest. The Government is the client of the Department of Justice.
